In order to complete the transaction you will be redirected to our authorized retailer’s website 2CheckOut.com. For security reasons all sensitive billing information such as credit card number or PayPal account details will be entered on authorized retailer’s website only, and is subject to respective privacy policies and terms of use of respective website.
Products Keys Delivery
As soon as your order is completed on authorized retailer’s website, appropriate number of product keys will be sent to your email address. Please make sure your email is specified correctly in your order.
Please contact us immediately if for whatever reason you did not receive your product keys within 1 business day after your order was completed via ‘Contact Us’ section of this website, or via email [email protected].
Software Activation
When product keys are received, they should be activated in the ‘Activation’ section of ‘Settings’ screen of AweSync software. Please note that activation is tied to your Lotus Notes username. Therefore, once a product key is activated for a specific username, you won’t be able to reactivate it again for another username. However, you may activate the same product key(s) for several copies of the software (e.g. at work, and at home), when using the same Lotus Notes username.

Refund Policy
We value our customers and in addition to the evaluation period of the software, we offer a 30 days refund for software license purchased, if for a valid reason (issues that cannot be fixed, impossibility to run on a certain configuration, etc.) you’re not able to use the software. In such case your product keys will be revoked, and software behavior will be guided by evaluation and expiration rules.
